Structure of insulating glass production line
Insulating glass production line mainly has four sections: feeding section, cleaning and drying section, inspection section and closing section. The four sections are placed vertically with the same inclination, compact structure, economical and practical, high efficiency, and easy maintenance. The cleaning box is made of stainless steel, and the transfer roller is an acid and alkali resistant rubber roller; the glass cleaning can be easily observed at any time through the plexiglass window;
The feeding section, cleaning and drying section are driven by manual stepless speed regulation motor, and the glass runs smoothly. The drying section adopts a large wind tilting air knife to dry the glass surface. The inspection section is provided with a lamp tube, which can clearly check the cleaning quality of the glass; the combined section has a glass positioning and aluminum frame positioning device, which can complete the glass positioning and aluminum frame positioning functions. The glass is supported and conveyed by the conveying rubber roller. The conveying roller is driven by the motor (roller section motor) through the frequency converter through the sprocket. Section to improve working efficiency; the frequency converter governor controls the speed of the speed control motor in this section, and the photoelectric switch controls the glass to enter the next working section.
The cleaning water system of the insulating glass production line is a circulation system, and its water tank is equipped with a constant temperature water heating device, and the water temperature can be automatically maintained within a reasonable range.
Water is pumped from the water tank by a water pump, sprayed onto the glass surface through a spray water pipe, cleaned and flows back to the water tank for recycling. If the water quality is poor, a water treatment device (user-supplied) is required. After the water is treated, it enters the water tank and is recycled according to the above steps.
Air path system: The glass is blown by the fan through a pair of inclined air knives.
