(5) Plastic Windows and doors glazing bead cutting saw 1 set

(6) Plastic profile end milling machine 1 set

(7) Aluminum-plastic door and window slot processing machine 1 set

(8) Plastic profile cover milling machine 1 set

(9) Automatic double axis water slot milling machine for plastic profiles 1 set

(10) CNC corner seam cleaning machine for plastic doors and windows 1 set

(11) Portable pvc window corner cleaning tool(including up-down corner cleaning machine,internal corner cleaning tool and outer corner cleaning tool)

Note: This plan is for equipment with an annual output of about 50,000 square meters of high- and medium-grade plastic doors and windows.

1. Plant requirements: 700 square meters;

2. Installed capacity: 50Kw / 380V(Voltage can be customized according to your local area);

3. Air pressure: 7kg, exhaust volume: 1.5 cubic meters / minute.

Operators required:

(1) Equipment operation: 15 people

(2) Support staff: according to production demand (13-15 people)
