Required equipment:

(1) Three heads welding machine for plastic doors and windows 1 set

(2) Aluminum and plastic profile double angle saw  1 set

(3) Two-axis automatic sink milling machine for aluminum-plastic profiles 1 set

(4) Plastic door and window glazing bead cutting saw 1 set

(5)Portable pvc window corner cleaning tool(including up-down corner cleaning machine,internal corner cleaning tool and outer corner cleaning tool)

Note: This plan is the basic configuration for the plastic window factory.

1. Plant requirements: 200 square meters;

2. Installed capacity: 25Kw / 380V(Voltage can be customized according to your local area);

3. Airflow pressure: 7Kg; Exhaust volume: 1 cubic meter / minute;

4. Operating workers: about 15 people.

Operators required:

(1) Equipment operation: 7 people

(2) Support staff: according to the output demand (6-8 people)
